What is the Florida “No Fault” law?

Video Transcription:

It’s a law we’ve had in effect in Florida for years, which means you get benefits automatically under your personal injury protection coverage, without regard to fault. In return for that benefit, you have to have a permanent injury or a loss of a bodily function, or a permanent, significant scar in order to recover for pain and suffering and other intangible damages.
